Fort Drum Regional Health Plan Organization (FDRHPO)

HealthInfoNet is an independent, nonprofit organization using information technology to improve patient care quality and safety. The Massachusetts eHealth Institute (MeHI)

The Massachusetts eHealth Institute (MeHI), a division of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, is the state entity for health care innovation, technology and competitiveness. New Mexico Health Information Technology Regional Extension Center (NM HITREC)

The New Mexico Health Information Technology Regional Extension Center (NM HITREC) is a consortium of three nonprofit organizations: LCF Research, the New Mexico Medical Review Association (NMMRA), and the New Mexico Primary Care Association (NMPCA). Ohio Health Information Partnership

Ohio has more primary care physicians (4,994) signed up to adopt electronic medical record systems through the Ohio Health Information Partnership than any other state. With $43 million in funding from the Office of the National Coordinator of HIT, The Partnership serves as both a Regional Extension Center and a Health Information Exchange, and is expected to sign up 6,000 providers. The Partnership’s founders are both public and private healthcare leaders who have a vested interest in its success: the Ohio State Medical Association, the Ohio Osteopathic Association, the Ohio Hospital Association, BioOhio, Inc., and the State of Ohio. Regional Extension Center of New Hampshire

 The Rhode Island Quality Institute (RIQI) is a collaboration of community leaders who share the intent to substantively improve the healthcare system in RI.
